How to Tone and Firm the Skin

How to Tone and Firm the Skin

Designed so that you can do this from the comfort of your own home, our toning body programme lets you experience the exceptional toning and firming benefits of our new toning body products.

At Susanne Kaufmann, we believe the best way to achieve optimum results from your skincare products is to use it them holistically. Enjoy our seven-day programme that we recommend using regularly over a period of 28 days. Developed for you to use in the comfort of your own home, we invite you to experience the exceptional toning and firming benefits our new Toning Body Serum and Toning Body Cream.

Monday

Brave a cold leg shower to encourage circulation and revive tired legs. Begin by running cold water up and down the outside and inside of your leg from your hip to your ankle. Repeat this process four to five times on each leg. After your shower, apply our Toning Body Serum to specific areas of concern. Follow with our Toning Body Cream for full body nourishment.

Tuesday

In the evening, keep your circulation flowing by applying our Toning Body Serum to areas of concern, pulling on a pair of compression/support leggings and going for a walk. After your walk, relax and elevate your legs for about five minutes. Before bed, take off your compression/support leggings and apply our Toning Body Cream all over your body to hydrate, tighten and firm the skin overnight.

Wednesday

Start your day right by smoothing our Toning Body Serum over areas of concern, then layering over our Toning Body Cream. This is a great time to enjoy a yoga practise and calm your mind. Using the products while undertaking gentle exercise will help detox the body and encourage circulation.

Thursday

For a weekly at-home treatment, mix our Toning Body Cream and Toning Body Serum and apply generously to the body. Wrap your arms, legs and upper body in a body wrap and leave to absorb for 30 minutes. Massage any remaining cream into the skin with upward strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system.

Friday

Today calls for another cold leg shower. Repeat the same process: rinse cold water up and down the leg, running the water up the outside of the leg and down the inside. Repeat the process four to five times on each leg and follow with an application of our Toning Body Serum and Toning Body Cream.

Saturday

Begin your weekend with a brisk morning walk to clear the mind and encourage creativity. Apply our Toning Body Serum to areas of concern before slipping on your compression/support leggings. After your walk, relax and elevate your legs for five minutes. Remove your tights and smooth our Toning Body Cream all over your body.

Sunday

Use today as special time just for you. Enjoy some yoga (apply our Toning Body Serum and Toning Body Cream before your practise) or repeat Wednesday's at-home spa ritual.
