How does it work?
Our subscription service is the most convenient way for you to get your favourite Susanne Kaufmann skincare delivered to you on a regular basis.
Simply subscribe to the product by selecting 'Subscribe & Save' and we will automatically send your products to you based upon your chosen delivery frequency. The service is easy to use and personalised, so you can make changes whenever you need.
Sign up and you will receive an exclusive 20% off with your first order and all recurring orders.
You can make changes as you wish and you can cancel or pause after a minimum of 3 delivery cycles.
How do I sign up?
Signing up could not be easier. Simply browse a product page, select the 'Subscribe & Save' option and tailor the delivery frequency to your individual needs.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
If you have at least 500 points to spend on an order, you will see a points selector option at Checkout – simply select the number of points you would like to exchange for a discount, and save on your purchase.
Remember that you'll need to be logged into your account to see your available points. You need to collect at least 500 points to start redeeming, and can spend 4000 points at a time.
SK points are only redeemable on susannekaufmann.com.
Can I earn and redeem SK Insider points on my subscription orders?
Yes, you can use our subscription service to boost your SK Insider points balance.
Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your loyalty points on your subscription order. SK Insider points can only be redeemed on full priced items, but you will collect points with your subscription order. Plus, you will receive 20% off with your subscription order.
How to change shipping address or billing information?
Just log in to your account, and click 'My Subscriptions'. Here you can change your shipping address and update your billing information or any other personal details.
Can I change products?
We want to make subscribing to your favourite Susanne Kaufmann skincare as easy as possible, so you can change your products for one subscription run or for all future orders.
Just log in to your account, go to 'My Subscriptions' and here can swap products in your next subscription order.
