Welcome to the Susanne Kaufmann website (the "Site").
By placing an order for products which are sold on the Site ("Products") you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") entered into by you with Susanne Kaufmann Kosmetik GmbH, the operator of the Site and with whom all sales on the Site are made, as further described below at clause 1 ("Susanne Kaufmann", "we", "our" or "us"). Please read these T&Cs carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.
We amend these T&Cs from time to time. Please check the top of this page to see when these T&Cs were last updated. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us, we recommend that you save a copy of the T&Cs at the time of your order for your future reference. If we have to revise these T&Cs and this has a material impact on your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.
This Site is operated in Austria and all sales on the Site are made by Susanne Kaufmann Kosmetik GmbH, a company incorporated in Austria with company registration number FN514360M, VAT number ATU74851804 and whose registered office is located at Brugg 35, 6870 Bezau, Osterreich ("Susanne Kaufmann").
You have chosen to visit the Site in Austria in order to purchase our Products. As a consequence, irrespective of your place of residence, any purchase you make will occur in Austria and will be governed by these T&Cs and the laws of Austria, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ("CISG") and rules on conflict of law as specified in clause 19.

In order to make a purchase through the Site you can check out as a guest or register a personal online account. When you make a purchase and/or register a personal online account, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. When you register a personal online account you will also be required to create a password. Should any of your registration information change in the future you are required to amend your personal online account immediately. In case you do not amend your personal online account immediately, any notice sent to your last address will be deemed as received. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The purchase of Products through the Site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with Austrian law.
Purchase is restricted to end consumers and only in quantities customary for households which must always be reasonable (in general no more than 5 of each specific item).
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this Site, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Products or the prices as advertised on this Site.
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable). The total for your order is confirmed at checkout, before you proceed to pay and complete your order. All Products are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our Site remain in effect for so long as the Products are available or as otherwise stated on our Site. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.
The ordering process consists of following steps:
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'Pay now' on the final page of our ordering process.
Where an item is offered for pre-order, no payment is taken for pre-ordered items until they have been dispatched from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch all pre-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping. Dispatch dates can be subject to change. You will be informed via e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Some items may be available for back order when they are out of stock and we are expecting new stock to arrive very soon to our warehouse. No payment is taken for back-ordered items until they have been dispatched from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch all back-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping. Dispatch dates are subject to change. You will be informed via e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.
We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone advising you of this. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when we dispatch the Products to you) ("Contract"). We may not accept your order if a Product you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a Product or pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. As all our parcels require a recipient to be present on delivery, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. If you have a question about delivery we will advise you if you call our Customer Services team on +43 664 4673638 during business hours.

Whenever referred to, business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries; however, you will incur only one delivery charge. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Upon delivery of the Products to you, we will provide you with sufficient information to enable you to exercise your statutory right of cancellation and to address any intended cancellation to the correct addressee or to return or exchange your Products. You should inspect the Products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us otherwise and return the Products in accordance with your cancellation rights or other statutory rights (as referred to below).
Payment can be made through any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal, American Express and Klarna. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is placed. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Susanne Kaufmann, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Products. We retain the legal ownership of all Products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the Products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the Products to you. Risk in the Products transfers to you upon delivery.
You accept to receive your Order Confirmation (which includes your receipt of payment) electronically to the e-mail address specified by you during the ordering process or in your personal online account.

14.1 As you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Austrian Act on Off-Premises and Distance Contracts without giving reason from the date of the Dispatch Confirmation until the date which is 14 days after you receive the last Product of your order. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund, subject to the limitations set out in this clause.
14.2 Your right to return goods does not apply to goods (i) made to your specification; or (ii) which have been clearly personalised; or (iii) which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or (iv) where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery; or (v) which have been irreversibly mixed with other goods after their delivery.
14.3 To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at office@susannekaufmann.com or call us on +43 664 4673638 during business hours. In any such e-mail or written communication, you must include details of your order, including your order number, to enable us to identify it. Alternatively, you may complete this form. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us.

We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these T&Cs we will be responsible for loss or damage that you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen (for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process).
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for any damages caused by our intent or gross negligence; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the Products as summarised at clause 15; and for defective Products under the Austrian Product Liability Act.
We only supply Products for domestic and private use in reasonable quantities expected of a consumer and we do not make bulk sales. We do not sell more than 5 of the same item to any consumer and if you order more than this quantity in one order or in a series of orders we may request confirmation from you that you are a consumer rather than an un-authorised re-seller and we may refuse to accept your offer to purchase the Products ordered. You agree not to use the Products for any commercial, business or resale purposes. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

If after contacting us and following our complaints procedure you still feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these T&Cs to another organisation and we will always notify you in writing if this happens (but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these T&Cs). You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these T&Cs to another person if we agree in writing.
This Site, any content contained herein and any contracts entered into as a result of usage of this Site are governed by Austrian law with exclusion of the CISG and rules on conflict of law (IPRG, EVÜ). The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria. All contracts are concluded in English.
Customers new to the Susanne Kaufmann newsletter will receive a unique code for a 15% off discount sent to the email address provided. The code is valid for 30 days and can only be used by customers registering for the newsletter for the first time. We will reflect the last date of any update at the top of the page of these Loyalty terms. You acknowledge and understand that the processing of your personal data within this Program will be in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may in our sole and absolute discretion review, change, cancel or modify any aspect of the Program and/ or any Program benefits, as described below, without any notice. 1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY AND OVERVIEW
1.1 The Program is offered at the sole discretion of SUSANNE KAUFMANN LTD (Registered No:) 12104723. Registered Office: 179 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7NZ and VAT number of GB 335136029 (“Susanne Kaufmann Ltd,” “we,” “our” or “us”).
1.2The Program is available to individuals for their personal and domestic use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program. Individuals are defined as follows - legal residents of one country where our products are available for sale (according to the Terms and Conditions) acting as consumers who are at least 18 years of age, and who provide and maintain a valid email address. No purchase is necessary to join the Program. The Program may not be used for any business or commercial purpose. At our discretion, we may refuse to create an account without having to give any reason. Employees and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal and domestic use only but may be excluded from certain benefits of the Program in our sole but reasonable discretion.
2.PROGRAMME ENROLLEMENT
2.1 Eligible individuals as defined here-above may enrol in the Program by visiting www.SUSANNEKAUFMANN.com (the “Site”) and opt in by following the Program prompts to register for the Program.

2.2 You are required to provide your full name, email address and to create a password in order to enrol. You may also have the opportunity to provide us with your mailing address, birth date and mobile phone number, however, this information is optional. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information from within the Account area on the Site.
2.3 Only one Program account may be associated with a single member and a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the Program membership account, the member will be deemed to be the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrolment. For purposes of these Loyalty Terms, the “authorised account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. We do not allow several individuals to use a single account for the purpose of accumulating Program benefits.
3. PRODUCT REWARDS AND BENEFITS
3.1 As a member of the Program, you earn points, in situations listed here-under, that determine your tier level and associated tier benefits. Points may never be redeemed for cash. You must be logged in to your Program account to use your benefits.
3.1.1 Tier Benefits: Certain benefits are based on the tier achieved and you are eligible for these benefits while you are in that tier, regardless of the number of points you currently have (see details below). If you move down a tier, your benefits change accordingly. Tier benefits can only be redeemed on the SUSANNE KAUFMANN website, with the exception of exclusive events or as otherwise noted.

3.1.3 Earning your points: You may earn points in various ways:
3.1.4 Redeeming your points: You will be able to redeem every 500 loyalty points you earn for money off a purchase exclusively on the Site. 500 loyalty points are equivalent to an equivalent cash back value of €5 on the total price of your order. This loyalty money off will be additional to the discount granted according to any other promotion running. To do so, you need to be log on your account when you shop on the Site and when in the online checkout, you will be presented with the option to redeem all or some of your points on the order. Simply select the value you would like to redeem and continue to check out.
The Site is regionally divided (Germany, Austria and Switzerland under DE.susannekaufmann.com and rest of the world at susannekaufmann.com). The points you earn are attached to the regional website you have been purchasing on and can only be redeemed on the same regional website.
In the event you need to amalgamate the points from different Susanne Kaufmann regional websites, please contact our Customer Services Team.
Loyalty Points remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date and are redeemed in the order they were earned. Your points balance is automatically adjusted, and your club tier, based on spending, remains unchanged. We will provide you with regular updates on your loyalty points balance.
3.2 Offers and rewards are available while stocks last, and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur. If your online order is not completed for any reason, any offers or rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem points. We are unable to resend offers or rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. If one of these events occurs, please contact our dedicated Customer Services Team.
3.3 Neither accounts nor Program rewards, benefits and/or points may be transferred, shared or combined by members. Only the member paying for the products and/or services may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) is confidential and should not be shared by you with any other person.
3.4 Rewards, benefits and points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. Points and tier status credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Loyalty Terms as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards benefits, or points offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
3.5 Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service or a monetary refund.
3.6 The products and services available through the Program and any samples that we may provide to you are for personal and domestic use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Loyalty Terms.
3.7 We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
3.8 If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact our Customer Services Team.
3.9 Rewards can only be redeemed on the Site they were earnt at, and only redeemed in relation to a product purchase, unless otherwise noted by Susanne Kaufmann Ltd.
4. PROGRAMME COMMUNICATIONS
4.1 On enrolment to the Program, you will be offered the opportunity to sign-up to marketing emails. We will only send them to you in case you opt-in.
4.2 You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by following the instructions included in each communication, such as clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each email or by updating your preferences in your account on susannekaufmann.com. However, operational emails (“Operational Emails”) will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Program. Operational Emails include, but are not limited to, redemption confirmation emails, profile update emails, or other communications that relate to your account. 4.3 Upon your agreement, we may also contact you through SMS and/or Direct Mail.
5. REPLENISH ORDERS (AUTO-REPLENISHMENT OR PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION)
Customers will also receive discounted pricing as part of the auto-replenish programme. Minimum cycle commitment is 3 replenishments before you are able to cancel. Discount is applicable to the current retail price of the product and may be subject to change.
Each time your Replenish order is processed and payment is validated, your account will be credited with the relevant number of loyalty points.
6. TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION
6.1 The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you earn points and reach each Program tier, and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activity at our sole discretion at any time. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier, the number or types of rewards or benefits that you may receive or earn in any given tier, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof. Except where prohibited by applicable law, we may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Loyalty Terms and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time with reasonable prior notice to allow you to take appropriate measures regarding the Loyalty points acquired. Changes to the Program will be set forth in these Loyalty Terms and will be effective on the date the Loyalty Terms are posted to the Site (with the effective date reflected at the beginning of the Loyalty Terms). Continued participation in the Program following posting of updated or modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms as so updated and modified.
6.2 We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your Program account at any time, in our sole but reasonable discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to comply with any Loyalty Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Loyalty Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons, gifts and/or certificates (all as determined by us in our sole but reasonable discretion), may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your Program account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Loyalty Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
6.3 If you decide that you no longer want to be a part of the Program, you may terminate your membership in the Program at any time by contacting our Customer Services Team. If you terminate your membership, you will automatically lose all accumulated points, benefits and your tier status and no longer receive Program related communications.
7. Release: Limitation of Liability.
7.1 We shall not be liable to you for the following:
(1) any failure by you to provide us with correct information and more generally any breach from you of the Loyalty terms,
(2) if we are unable to perform any of our obligations to you due to failure of any technical systems, interruption of service or delays for maintenance or other technical reasons or for any other reasons that fall under force majeure such as, but not limited to, war, terrorism, government action, natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic and industrial dispute.
(3) any damage to your device as a result of using the Site.
(4) any loss of information or unauthorized use of data arising as a result of you using encryption systems below our recommended level.
7.2 The disclaimers and limitations of liability in these Loyalty Terms shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable laws.
8. PRIVACY
The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Program membership or advices or feedback given by you upon request of the Customer Services team, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Entire Agreement; Waiver and Survival.
These Loyalty Terms govern our relationship with you as it relates to the Program. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Loyalty Terms, you have not relied on any representation except as expressly set forth in these Loyalty Terms and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any such representation not included in these Loyalty Terms. Each provision of the Loyalty Terms shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in the circumstances. No waiver by us will be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach by you of any provision in these Terms.
The code SK20 is valid from the 25th of June until the 1st of July and will be automatically applied at checkout. This discount code is only redeemable once per person and for orders at www.susannekaufmann.com or de.susannekaufmann.com. The discount excludes already discounted products, bundles and the Digital Gift Card. Susanne Kaufmann reserves the right to change or end the offer at any time and cancel orders at the company's discretion. The discount code cannot be redeemed with another code or exchanged for cash.
Subscription is a service provided free to you on susannekaufmann.com. Susanne Kaufmann reserves the right to change the repeat order benefits, the discount amount and free delivery offer at any time. Subscription items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel, skip or pause your order. Minimum commitment is 3 payment cycles before you are able to cancel. To cancel or modify your subscription order, go to the subscription tab within your account on susannekaufmann.com. By placing your order, you are authorising us to charge your chosen payment method for future orders at the frequency you have selected.
1.0 Initiating Service
Only items where 'Subscription' option is available will qualify for the subscription benefits.
You must save a valid credit or debit card to begin your subscription service. This card will be charged for subsequent orders.
Subscriptions are only available for shipping addresses within the European Union, Switzerland and the United States of America.
1.1 Benefits
On each recurring order of a subscription item, a 20% discount will be applied to that item. Discount is applicable to the current retail price of the product and may be subject to change. If an order contains a mixture of subscription items and a one-time item (i.e. non- subscription item), only the subscription item(s) will qualify for the 20% discount.
Free shipping will apply on all subscription orders. Susanne Kaufmann may choose the terminate the free shipping on subscription at our discretion.
Each subscription order will receive an assortment of 3 samples specially selected by Susanne Kaufmann.
Initial orders will qualify for any gift available at the time of order if the relevant threshold is met.
Where an item is out of stock on the date of anticipated dispatch you will receive an email and that item will be cancelled. When that item comes back into stock, you will receive a new subscription automatically and will be notified by way of an email which will detail the anticipated delivery date of that item.
1.2 Recurring Orders
Customers will receive an email 7 days prior to your next scheduled order that confirms the details of your upcoming subscription order.
Customers may modify or cancel each order up to one clear day prior to the billing day for that order (as notified in the e-mail referred to above), we reserve the right to continue to process orders cancelled within this time frame, your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. For example, if the order will be billed on 20th January, customers can modify or cancel that order up to 11:59pm on 18th January.
Please note, if you have placed 2 or more orders using subscription and subsequently cancel your full order/s within 24 hours any future subscription orders will be cancelled by Susanne Kaufmann. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. To re-subscribe or if you have any queries please contact customer service for assistance.
After the first order, the total cost for each subscription item will be the cost of the item on the day we send you this email. The base price of the item will reflect the price listed on the website at the time of the e-mail, which could vary from what you paid on your initial subscription order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
After placing your initial subscription order, subsequent subscription orders will not qualify for any other promotions or gifts that may be available (but shall qualify for the benefits listed in section 1.1 above).
1.3 Add-On Items
If you have an active subscription and are logged into your account, you will have the option to add items to your upcoming subscription order while browsing on the site. You can add the item as either a one-time delivery or as a subscription. If you add an item as a one-time delivery, it will not receive the 20% subscription discount. Only those products for which are eligible for subscription and you select as " subscription" will receive the 20% discount.
1.4 Managing Service
There is a minimum commitment of 3 payment cycles before you are able to cancel your subscription. After the third payment cycle, you will be able to edit or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the subscription section which can be found in your account. After the third payment cycle, go to your account to change the frequency of shipments, update your shipping address, skip an order, pause your subscription, and reactivate subscriptions.
Customers may modify or cancel each order up to one clear day prior to the dispatch day.
You can change the default credit or debit card that will be charged for subscription orders in My Account > Subscription > Payment Details.
1.5 Payment
For your initial subscription order you must pay using a credit or debit card card, and for recurring orders you must have a default credit card saved in your account. We regret that you cannot pay using a eGift Card, PayPal, ClearPay, ApplePay or any other alternative payment methods at this time. Credit card failures may prevent order completion.
Payment will be taken on the date upon which the relevant order is due to be dispatched.
If we are unable to complete a charge, we may retry up to three times. If your card payment fails and you do not update your payment details when you are notified, Susanne Kaufmann may cancel your subscription. To update your credit card information, log into your account and visit your Account > Subscription > Payment Details or contact Customer Care by emailing hello@susannekaufmann.com
1.6 Loyalty Program
Subscription orders, both the initial order and recurring orders, are eligible to earn points as part of the SK Insider Loyalty Program.
As part of the Loyaly Program, Customers will receive 5 point for every €1 spent and will be credited to the customer’s account 14 days after the order has been placed.
Recurring subscription orders will not qualify for any other promotions (i.e., Double Loyalty points promotions). If customers would like to take part in any promotions on site, a one-time delivery will need to be made. Please note that loyalty vouchers and promotional codes are not combinable with subscription orders.
1.7 Termination of subscription
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion. If we do so we will let you know by e-mail and you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. After this you will no longer receive or be charged for future subscription items.
