Having grown up surrounded by the nature in the Bregenzerwald in Austria, sustainability is more than just a fashionable word to Founder Susanne Kaufmann. From the careful selection of only the finest ingredients to the implementation of the most eco-conscious production technologies and processes, sustainability has been at the core of the brand for over two decades and is imperative to everything Susanne creates and pursues.

The world’s ecosystems are under increased pressure. It is therefore our duty to constantly expand our efforts and minimise our footprint on the earth. As part of our ongoing promise and journey to reduce the amount of packaging required to deliver our powerful products to you, we offer a widely recyclable refill system, made from 75% post-consumer recycled plastic, that extends the shelf-life of our iconic glass bottles.

Meet our refill pioneers
Effective, natural and responsible: Formulated with natural renewable sugar surfactants, our pioneers offer a particularly gentle cleanse. Unlike synthetic agents, these non-irritant cleansing agents do not harm the skin’s natural protective barrier and are suitable for sensitive skin.
Hand Soap
A household essential, our exceptionally gentle liquid hand soap, infused with a delicate green floral fragrance, effectively cleanses the skin without stripping away moisture. Ideal for the whole family, this hand wash is enriched with a blend of horsetail extract, silk protein and wheat germ oil to reduce moisture loss and protect against dryness, leaving hands velvety soft, supple and conditioned.
Purifying Cleansing Gel
Suitable for all skin types, this cleansing favourite is particularly beneficial for oily and combination skin. Formulated with Alpine willowherb to help regulate sebum production and minimise the appearance of pores, masterwort extract to soothe the skin and calm irritation and hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture, the gel effortlessly lifts away excess oil and impurities.
Body Wash
Meet our luxurious body cleanser. Ideal for the whole family, this lightly foaming liquid body cleanser is enriched with rosehip seed oil, aloe vera and yarrow extract to help lock in moisture and soften, silk protein and mallow root extract to protect the skin against dryness, leaving the skin on the body silky smooth, hydrated and healthy-looking.
